Two Years Since Blogging!

I just read my first blog that was written two years ago this month. Since then I have written....ZERO blogs. And when I read the first one I wrote, at the end it said...'I kind of like this blogging thing' lol....I didn't do much about that did I! I guess it really doesn't matter, because I have a feeling that ZERO people read my first blog and I am quite certain that ZERO people will read this one. I do it for myself though, not for other people. We will see where it takes me, right?

Well life is about the same. Work, live, play....enjoy. I just got back from Las Vegas with two very close friends of mine. It was a fun trip, as I always love going to sin city, however, the married couple that I did go with recieved some very bad news shortly before our trip, so that of course was always on their mind. They said they were considering cancelling the trip, but thought it may be a good idea to get things off of their mind. I was glad they decided to come. I hope I helped them forgot about their news for a while and enjoy themselves a bit. I think they did enjoy themsleves. We had a good time. We rented a car on one of the days and drove around Las Vegas for a little bit, and also stopped by the Pawn Store that Pawn Stars is based off of (tha tis on the History Channel). That was a lot of fun. The place was packed and it was very hard to find a parking spot. Pretty cool place to stop. Then we took to the highway and went out to Hoover Dam. That was interesting. We didn't take the tour or anything but it was fun to see the place and drive over that massive new bidge that they put in. The rest of the time in Vegas was pretty much Walking, Drinking, Gambling, Eating and Sleeping. It was fun and I will love to do it again soon!

Otherwise this summer is flying by. I have spent a lot of time with family and friends, both which are very important to me. My brother in law was over seas for the military for much of 2011 and he recently came home. Him, my sister and their children came up to SD to visit earlier this month and that was a blast to see them. My nephews sure do have a lot of energy in them. Otherwise, I have been spending a lot of time with my friends at cabins, lakes, etc. Pretty soon, the snow will be flying again in South Dakota, so I am taking in this heat and sun as much as I can. I can't complain about this summer. It has been an awesome summer!

Thats about it for now. We will have to see how long until my next post.
